Submitting a transaction is as simple as clicking on the "Submit" button on the transaction page. This will only be possible after the minimum required signatures have been gathered for this transaction. The transaction can be submitted by any user even if they are not signers of the transaction if enough valid signatures have been gathered.

Note: The transaction will be marked as submitted even if the transaction fails. If, for example, the transaction failed because not enough signatures were gathered at the time of clicking the Submit button, you can still wait to gather all required signatures and click on the button again even if it is colored in red.
