Creating an Agora Proposal

Now that you have staked governance tokens, you are able to create a proposal. When creating a proposal, you must identify what effects that the proposal should have if it passes.

Effects that are included in the product suite currently include treasury withdrawals and governance parameter updates. Future effects are in development.
