Cosigning and Voting in Agora

Once a proposal is submitted on chain, members of the DAO must ensure that they know the proposed effects, and that their voice is represented.

A proposal must be cosigned by enough governance tokens prior to advancing it to the voting phase.

The voting phase must end before the proposal may be advanced to the Locked phase. If a proposal does not meet quorum, or a result is not able to be selected based on a tie, the proposal will need to be moved to the finished phase.

If a proposal has quorum met, and a result is selected, when moving the proposal from the Locked phase, to the Finished phase, the GATs allowing the effects to take place will be minted.
